  • Condition: All items must be in their original condition with the tags attached, and in the original packaging.
  • Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, earrings and personalized or custom-made jewelry are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless defective.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number, a description of the item, and the reason for return.
  3. Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number, as well as instructions for shipping the item back to us.
  4. Pack the item securely: Ensure the item is safely packed to avoid any damage during the return process. Please ship with tracking and with signature required.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your original method of payment.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

4. Exchanges

If you would prefer an exchange, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will guide you through the process for selecting a new item. In cases where the exchanged item is of a higher value, you may need to pay the price difference.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please email our customer service team so we can rectify the issue.
