Shipping Policy
At Yoona Designs, we want you to receive your jewelry as quickly and safely as possible. Our goal is to provide you with a smooth and secure shopping experience, including transparent shipping information. Please review the details of our shipping policy below:
1. Shipping Methods and Rates
We offer several shipping options to accommodate your needs:
- Purchase of greater than $1,000.00- Free next day FedEx shipping
- Purchase of less than $1,000.00- Free USPS Priority shipping (1-3 days)
Note: Shipping times are calculated from the time your order is processed and shipped, not from the time you place the order.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 7 business days from the time they are placed. All products are made once the order is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
3. International Shipping
We unfortunately only offer domestic shipping within the United States at this time.
4. Packaging
Your jewelry will be carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. All items are shipped in a protective box or pouch, and we include a certificate of authenticity, care instructions, and a warranty card (if applicable) for your convenience.
5. Order Tracking/ Insurance
We will provide tracking and insurance for your package. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number insurance information. You can use this tracking number to track your order through our shipping carrier’s website. Signatures are required at the time of delivery. If you have trouble tracking your package, feel free to contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist.
6. Shipping Address
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error in your address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible to make changes before shipment.
7. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, there may be occasional delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, holidays, or issues with our shipping carriers. We will notify you of any significant shipping delays and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package has been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance. If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to our customer support team, and we will do our best to assist in locating it.
9. Return Shipping
If you need to return an item, please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or if the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., receiving the wrong item).
Additional Information
- Order Changes: If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we cannot modify or cancel it.
- P.O. Boxes: Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes for certain orders. Please provide a physical address when placing your order.
