At Yoona Designs, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our jewelry. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a manufactory warranty on all our jewelry pieces.
1. Warranty Coverage
Our warranty covers defects in material and workmanship. This includes any issues such as:
- Broken or faulty clasps
- Loose gemstones or diamonds
- Manufacturing defects (e.g., cracked metal)
- Faulty engravings or markings
This warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
- Resizing within the first 60 days of purchasing
2. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover
The warranty does not cover:
- Wear and tear: Jewelry naturally experiences wear over time, including scratches, tarnishing, or fading.
- Accidental damage: This includes damage caused by impacts, falls, or misuse.
- Loss of stones or diamonds: Stones that fall out due to customer mishandling or other accidental circumstances are not covered.
- Alterations: Any alterations made to the jewelry by a third party that affect the item’s structure or functionality will void the warranty.
- Cleaning or maintenance: Routine cleaning and maintenance (e.g., polishing, resizing) are not included.
3. How to File a Warranty Claim
To file a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via to report the issue.
- Provide Proof of Purchase: Please provide your order number, receipt, and a description of the issue.
- Send Photos: If applicable, include clear photos of the damaged item to assist us in processing the claim.
- Return the Jewelry: You may be asked to return the jewelry to us for an inspection. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
4. Warranty Repair or Replacement
- If the defect is covered by our warranty, we will repair the jewelry free of charge or offer a replacement piece if the item cannot be repaired.
- If a replacement is necessary and the original item is no longer available, we will offer a similar design or a full refund.
5. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty is not transferable and only applies to the original purchaser. We reserve the right to deny warranty claims that do not meet the above conditions.
